With the assembly polls approaching next year, chief Minister of Bengal, Mamata Banerjee will reach Goa today for a three day visit. As per a spokesperson, this is going to be maiden visit to Goa, and TMC has decided to contest the elections coming early next year in February 2022. On Wednesday, a Trinamool spokesperson said, “The West Bengal chief minister is scheduled to arrive in Goa around 5.30 pm on October 28.”
He further added that CM will leave for Goa on October 30 morning. He said, “During her visit, Banerjee will meet intellectuals, thinkers, professionals and others.” No detailed programme is shared by Trinamool with the media regarding the Goa visit.
The Trinamool has announced to contest the upcoming assembly polls of Goa. Mamata Banerjee urged organisations and every individual to join her party TMC to defeat BJP on Goa and its “divisive agenda”.
