Before 2022, polls of UP, it is likely that this deepotsav in Ayodhya is going to be the mega event of the Yogi government. The Yogi government will all set to light 12 lakh lamps out of which nine lakh will be lit on the banks of Saryu.
An aerial show will also be included in the celebrations. Aerial show by 500 drones will draw Ramayan era scenes on the temple town’s skyline through animation and stimulation. 3-D holographic show, 3-D projection mapping and laser show at the majestic Ram ki Paidi ghat on the banks of River Saryu are the other attractions for this mega event.
Today an another attempt in Guinness Book of World Record will be made by lighting at least 7.51 lakh earthen diyas in the Ayodhya Deepotsav.
Around three lakh diyas will be lit across the city. 12,000 volunteers which mostly includes the students of Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Ayodhya are going to light the diyas at the event.
District Magistrate Nitish Kumar said on November 3, the day of the “Deepotsav”, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandi Ben Patel will receive symbolically the Lord Ram, Laxman and Sita from a “pushpak viman”, a chopper, at Ram Katha Park in Ayodhya.
Chief guests for the mega event will be UP governor Anandiben Patel, chief minister Yogi Adityanath and union tourism minister G Kishan Reddy.
After winning the elections, Yogi government has been seen celebrating Deepotsav in Ayodhya every year.
