Motorola is all set and ready to launch two new devices in the Edge series in India. These smartphones are named Moto Edge 20 and Moto Edge 20 Fusion. Both the smartphones are in the mid-range price segment in India being priced under Rs. 30,000 price range and will take on the OnePlus Nord 2, Nord CE and Xiaomi’s Poco F3 GT. The higher-end variant Edge 20 will cost Rs 29,999 and the lower-end variant being priced at Rs 21,499.
The Moto Edge 20 Fusion sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, support for HDR10, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection and on top it houses a hole punch 32-megapixel selfie camera.
It is available in 2 variants with the base variant having 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costing Rs. 21,499 and the higher variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs. 22,999.
The back of the smartphone is completely plastic and has a triple camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The ultra-wide-angle camera is also capable of taking macro shots.
Both the smartphones are IP52 rated for splash resistance and come with a 30W Turbocharger in the box. The charger has a USB Type-C output, and a Type-C to Type-C cable is bundled in the box. You also get a case in the box.
The Motorola Edge 20 Fusion is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC powered by a 5,000 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Edge 20 has few upgrades like a 144 Hz screen and quad-camera setup with an additional 2 mp telephoto lens. It also sports the Snapdragon Qualcomm 778G SoC and comes only in an 8 GB Ram variant with a 4000mAh battery.
